In plain words
The first girl sings: The wondrous one leapt into Kāliya's pool so that it churned, stood on all five of his towering hoods and danced, and then, when Kāliya surrendered, showed him mercy and spared his life. Sing of the might of his shoulders and his valour, and leap! Sing of the one coloured like a flawless sapphire, and leap!
