In plain words
The poet, of the fruit of this decad: Thinking of the hour when one dies and goes, of what is done to one then [by Yama's men], and of the reward that those gain who die as devotees of the Lord of the gods [the nityasūris], mighty-shouldered Viṭṭucittaṉ, lord of Puttūr, gathered his mind wholly and made this garland on Tirumāl. Those who master these ten will themselves gain a heart wholly gathered and gone out to Tirumāl.
