In plain words
The poet, of the Lord's beauty: For the Lord who holds the discus, is not the colour of the ocean's water a beauty? Is not his striding across the worlds a beauty? And for him who received the water of the gift in his lovely palm, is not that foot a beauty which poured out the waters of the Gaṅgā when the one seated on the flower [Brahmā] washed it?
