In plain words

The poet, to his heart: Reciting his many names and calling him Nārāyaṇa, let us worship him with our lovely hands, O my good heart; consent, and come. Let our eyes see only Kaṇṇaṉ, who swallowed the earth and the other worlds [at the deluge] and spat them out [at creation], who wears cool tulasi where bees hum.
