The poet, to the people of the world: If one restrains the five senses, so hard to master, takes chosen flowers and draws near him in a way that abounds with love, it is easy to see the Lord who, with his generous hand, received the poured water from Mahābali, who sat in state in his greatness and never refused a gift.
