In plain words
The poet, to the Lord: O Tirumāl, when one thinks of you, the guards [the deities who keep watch over one's deeds] withdraw; when one thinks of you, the bonds of deeds hard to shed come loose and are gone; for those who meditate on you there is no old age [nor any of the body's changes]; and those who worship your feet will see the path [of light that leads to Śrīvaikuṇṭham].
