Amutaṉār: Pāṇperumāḷ, whose fame spreads over all the earth, gave in pure Tamil the true meaning of the noble four Vedas, and Rāmānuja's head is adorned with his feet as with a garland of lotus. The generosity of those who have come to Rāmānuja, who pour out his auspicious qualities to all as the rain cloud pours on land and sea alike, I cannot tell, here in this sea-girt world.
