Amutaṉār: In the age when the darkness of Kali crowded thick into all eight directions as far as the seas, had Rāmānuja not driven that darkness away with the blazing light of the four Vedas, the surpassing authority, there would be no one who, searching closely, understood that Nārāyaṇa is the owner of souls.
