Soma by the Way

A girl was going down to the water, and on the way she found soma. She carried it home, and as she went she said: I will press you for Indra, I will press you for Śakra.

She pressed it with her teeth, and called to Indra: You there, little hero, who go about looking in at house after house: drink this soma pressed by the teeth, with its grains, its porridge and its cake, and with its hymns. We long to know you, and do not know you yet. Flow on, soma, for Indra, gently, little by little.
