In plain words

The poet, to the Lord: O you whose body the serpent [Ādiśeṣa] bears! Mount Mēru that bears heaven, the earth borne by the elephants of the eight quarters, the highest heaven [Paramapadam], the long-flowing Gaṅgā the sky bears, the cloud the sky bears, the one fire [that digests food in the body] and the five vital airs that nourish [the body]: that one alone should bear them all, fitting itself to each and guarding it, is a nature found in you alone.
