In plain words
The poet, to the Lord: O one of wondrous deeds, born among the cowherds! You are the one chief form and the two lesser ones [Brahmā and Śiva]; you rule sleep [ignorance] and waking [knowledge]; you rule the three times [one and two], and you became the ruler of the sea-girt earth; you are the three sacred fires. Is even the one whose eyes are one and two [Śiva, the three-eyed, who gives knowledge to others] able to praise you?
