In plain words
The poet, to the Lord: You create the world; you draw it into your stomach and keep it there; and again you are born within that world. You are not bound to any one place; and while the whole world stands merged in you as your body, you stand apart in a form of your own. So who in this world can think of you, whose ways are so wondrous?
