देहत्रयमिदं नित्यमात्मत्वेनाभिमन्यते ।यावत्तावदयं मूढो नानायोनिषु जायते ॥ ४३ ॥

As long as he keeps taking these three bodies — gross, subtle, causal — to be permanent, to be his very self, just that long the bewildered one goes on being born, womb after womb after womb.
