In plain words

Your ornaments are alive with a hundred different jewels; your golden silks are pure splendour. Strands of pearls fall gleaming across your breast, rivalling the pitcher-fullness they adorn. Your body carries the scent of Kashmiri saffron and agarwood — beautiful one, sovereign of the city of Kāśī. Give me alms, you who hold out compassion as the one thing worth leaning on: Mother Annapūrṇā, goddess whose store of food is never empty.

Close to the Sanskrit

She who bears ornaments variegated with manifold jewels, she whose golden garments are magnificence; she whose gleaming bosom, between breasts round as pitchers, is rivalled by strands of pearls; O lovely one whose limbs are perfumed with Kashmiri saffron and agarwood, O supreme sovereign of the city of Kāśī — give alms, you who extend compassion as support, Mother Annapūrṇā, the goddess.
