You bring the bliss of yoga; you bring enemies to nothing; you hold a person steady in dharma and nothing else. Your waves blaze like moon and sun and fire; you keep watch over all three worlds. You grant every sovereignty; you give austerity its fruit. Queen of the city of Kāśī — give me alms, you who hold out grace like a hand to grasp, Mother Annapūrṇeśvarī.
