Aparokṣānubhūtiḥ

Verse 122

यत्र यत्र मनो याति ब्रह्मणस्तत्र दर्शनात् ।मनसो धारणं चैव धारणा सा परा मता ॥ १२२ ॥

In plain words

Wherever the mind runs, Brahman is what it sees there — and holding the mind in that seeing is the highest concentration there is.

Wherever, wherever the mind goes, there, because of the vision of Brahman, the holding of the mind — that indeed is considered the supreme dhāraṇā.
