The works of Ādi Śaṅkarācārya

Ātmabodhaḥ

Verse 36

In plain words

I am like space: I fill everything, outside it and inside it, and I never slip from myself. Always the same in all, already complete, holding on to nothing, stainless, unmoving.

Close to the Sanskrit

I, like space, [pervade] all — gone both outside and within, unfallen; always the same in all, ever-accomplished, unattached, stainless, unmoving.
