हृदाकाशोदितो ह्यात्मा बोधभानुस्तमोऽपहृत् ।सर्वव्यापी सर्वधारी भाति भासयतेऽखिलम् ॥ ६७ ॥दिग्देशकालाद्यनपेक्ष्य सर्वगंशीतादिहृन्नित्यसुखं निरंजनम् ।यः स्वात्मतीर्थं भजते विनिष्क्रियःस सर्ववित्सर्वगतोऽमृतो भवेत् ॥ ६८ ॥
In plain words
In the open sky of the heart the Self has risen: the sun of knowledge, and darkness goes. It fills everything, it holds everything up, it shines — and by its shining everything else is seen. (67) There is a bathing place that needs no direction, no location, no auspicious hour. It is already everywhere. It ends the cold and the heat and all the rest, it is happiness that does not stop, and nothing has ever stained it. That water is your own Self. Whoever lays down all activity and bathes there knows everything, is everywhere, and does not die. (68)

Risen in the sky of the heart, indeed, the Self — the sun of Knowledge, remover of darkness, all-pervading, all-supporting — shines and illumines everything. (67) He who, wholly free from action, resorts to that bathing-place which is his own Self — depending on no direction, place, time or the like, present everywhere, removing cold and the rest, eternal bliss, stainless — he becomes all-knowing, all-pervading, immortal. (68)
