In plain words

This lightning-flash is honey to every being — and every being is honey to it. In the lightning lives a person made of light, made of immortality. Within you, that same person is the fire in your body. They are one and the same. And that one is the Self: this is the immortal, this is brahman, this is everything.

Close to the Sanskrit

This lightning is honey of all beings; of this lightning, all beings are honey. And whoever is this person made of light, made of immortality, in this lightning; and whoever, with reference to the self, is the fiery one, made of light, made of immortality — this same person; that is this same one; that which is this Self — this is the immortal, this is brahman, this is all.
