In plain words

This thunder is honey to every being — and every being is honey to it. In the thunder lives a person made of light, made of immortality. Within you, that same person is your voice and your sense of tone. They are one and the same. And that one is the Self: this is the immortal, this is brahman, this is everything.

Close to the Sanskrit

This thunder is honey of all beings; of this thunder, all beings are honey. And whoever is this person made of light, made of immortality, in this thunder; and whoever, with reference to the self, is the one belonging to sound, belonging to tone, made of light, made of immortality — this same person; that is this same one; that which is this Self — this is the immortal, this is brahman, this is all.
