In plain words
Dharma itself is honey to every being — and every being is honey to it. In dharma lives a person made of light, made of immortality. Within you, that same person is simply your own dharma. They are one and the same. And that one is the Self: this is the immortal, this is brahman, this is everything.
Close to the Sanskrit
This dharma is honey of all beings; of this dharma, all beings are honey. And whoever is this person made of light, made of immortality, in this dharma; and whoever, with reference to the self, is dharma itself, made of light, made of immortality — this same person; that is this same one; that which is this Self — this is the immortal, this is brahman, this is all.
