This Self is the overlord of every being, the king of every being. Think of a chariot wheel: every spoke is fixed at one end into the hub and at the other into the rim. In exactly that way, every being, every god, every world, every breath of life — all these selves — are fixed into this one Self.

This Self, indeed, is the overlord of all beings, the king of all beings. Just as, in the hub and in the rim of a chariot-wheel, all the spokes are fixed, so too, in this Self, all beings, all gods, all worlds, all vital breaths, all these selves are fixed.
