In plain words
This is that very honey-teaching: what Dadhyañc, son of Atharvan, once told the two Aśvins. And the seer who beheld it declared: 'I reveal this fierce power to you, heroes, for the winning of it — as thunder reveals the rain. Dadhyañc, through the horse's head, spoke this same honey-teaching out to you both, the moment he declared it.'
