Verse 248

अनन्दा नाम ते लोका अन्धेन तमसावृताः ।ताँस्ते प्रेत्याभिगच्छन्त्यविद्वांसोऽबुधो जनाः ॥ ११ ॥

In plain words

There are worlds called joyless, wrapped in blind darkness. That is exactly where people without true knowledge, the unwise, go after they die.
