Bṛhadāraṇyakopaniṣadbhāṣyam

Verse 294

In plain words

Whoever truly knows attainment gets, in full, whatever he desires. And that attainment is hearing itself — because it's in hearing that the whole of the Vedas comes together and is held. Know this, and whatever you desire comes fully to pass for you.

Close to the Sanskrit

He who indeed knows Sampad (attainment) — whatever desire he desires comes fully to pass for him. The ear, verily, is Sampad; for in the ear all these Vedas are fully gathered and contained — whatever desire he desires comes fully to pass for him, he who knows thus. [4]
