In plain words
With the two golden sticks the Aśvins once rubbed together to make fire — that same child of yours we call for, to be born in the tenth month. As the earth carries fire hidden within her... Whatever I have overdone in this rite, or left undone — may Agni, who sets every offering right, make it whole and well-given for us. Svāhā.

[With] the two golden fire-sticks with which the two Aśvins kindled [fire] — that embryo of yours we invoke, for delivery in the tenth month. As the earth carries Agni as her embryo, as [the source breaks off here] — in you, with the mind, I offer, svāhā. Whatever I have done in excess by this rite, or whatever I have fallen short of herein — may Agni Sviṣṭakṛt, who knows, make that well-offered and well-sacrificed for us. Svāhā, thus.
