In plain words
Then he churned and brought forth fire from his mouth, his womb, and his hands. That is why these places are hairless on the inside, for the womb is hairless within. When people say 'Worship this god' or 'Worship that god,' each individual deity is simply an emanation of him, for he is all the gods. Whatever moist substance he emitted from his semen became Soma. All this existence is simply food and the consumer of food: Soma is the food, and Agni is the consumer. This is the supreme creation of Brahman—that he brought forth superior gods, and that though mortal himself, he created immortals. Whoever knows this attains a place in this supreme creation.

Then he churned, and from his mouth and from the womb and from his hands he emitted fire; therefore these two are hairless internally, for a womb is hairless internally. That when they say 'sacrifice to this one, sacrifice to that one'—each single deity, that is indeed this emanation of him, this one indeed is all the gods. And whatever moist thing he emitted from semen, that is Soma. This much indeed is all this, food and consumer of food; Soma indeed is food, Agni is the consumer of food. This is the superior creation of Brahman: that he created superior gods, and that being mortal he created immortals; therefore it is a superior creation. In this superior creation indeed he becomes, who thus knows.
