Bṛhadāraṇyakopaniṣadbhāṣyam

Verse 373

In plain words

Recite this king of mantras — the Nārasiṃha anuṣṭubh — every day, and death has no hold on you. Sin has no hold on you. Not the killing of a brāhmaṇa, not the killing of the unborn, not the killing of a hero — none of it holds. You cross over all of it. All of it.

Close to the Sanskrit

Whoever recites this king of mantras, the Nārasiṃha anuṣṭubh, daily — he crosses over death; he crosses over sin; he crosses over the killing of a brāhmaṇa; he crosses over the killing of the unborn; he crosses over the killing of a hero; he crosses over everything; he crosses over everything. || 2 ||
