In plain words

Recite this king of mantras — the Nārasiṃha anuṣṭubh — every day, and the earth is yours to master. The mid-region is yours. Heaven is yours. The great realm, the realm of living beings, the realm of austerity, the realm of truth — every one of the seven worlds bends to you. All of it. All of it.
