स होवाच गार्ग्यो य एवासौ चन्द्रे पुरुष एतमेवाहं ब्रह्मोपास इति स हो- वाचाजातशत्रुर्मा मैतस्मिन्संवदिष्ठा बृ- हन्पाण्डरवासाः सोमो राजेति वा अह- मेतमुपास इति स य एतमेवमुपास्तेऽ- हरहर्ह सुतः प्रसुतो भवति नास्यान्नं क्षीयते ॥ ३ ॥
In plain words
Gārgya said, 'The person who is here in the moon—him I worship as Brahman.' Ajātaśatru replied, 'Do not speak to me about him. I worship him as the great king Soma, who wears white robes.' Whoever worships him thus has the soma pressed for him day after day in abundance, and his food never fails.

He said, Gārgya, who is this person in the moon, him indeed I worship as Brahman. He said to him, Ajātaśatru, do not converse with me about this. Great, wearing white garments, Soma the king, thus indeed I worship him. He who thus worships him, day by day he becomes pressed and abundantly pressed, his food does not perish.
