स होवाच गार्ग्यो य एवासौ विद्युतिपुरुष एतमेवाहं ब्रह्मोपास इति स होवा-चाजातशत्रुर्मा मैतस्मिन्संवदिष्ठास्तेज-,स्वीति वा अहमेतमुपास इति स यएतमेवमुपास्ते तेजस्वी ह भवति तेज-स्विनी हास्य प्रजा भवति ॥ ४ ॥
In plain words
Gārgya said, 'The person who is here in lightning—him I worship as Brahman.' Ajātaśatru replied, 'Do not speak to me about him. I worship him as the radiant one.' Whoever worships him thus becomes radiant himself, and his progeny becomes radiant too.

He said, Gārgya, who is this person in lightning, him indeed I worship as Brahman. He said to him, Ajātaśatru, do not converse with me about this. Radiant, thus indeed I worship him. He who thus worships him, he becomes radiant, and his progeny becomes radiant.
