Bhashya
सर्वं कर्मफलजातं लभते सर्वात्मत्वादेव, य एवं यथोक्तं वेद ।अथवा दृष्टफलार्थिभिरपि एवंगुण उपास्यः ; तेन अन्नादः वसोश्च लब्धा, दृष्टेनैव फलेन अन्नात्तृत्वेन गोश्वादिना च अस्य योगो भवतीत्यर्थः ॥
In plain words
Whoever knows this, exactly as it has been taught, gains the whole harvest of every action there is — simply because he has become the Self of everything, so nothing's fruit lies outside him. Or, put more plainly: even someone chasing an ordinary, visible reward does well to hold this teaching in mind, because it works on that level too — through it, a person comes to eat well and to prosper, gaining cattle, horses, and the rest, right here, in plain view.
Close to the Sanskrit
He who knows thus, as has been taught, obtains the entire class of fruit belonging to every action, precisely because of being the Self of all. Or else: even by those who seek a visible fruit, one possessed of such qualities is to be meditated upon; by that meditation he becomes an eater of food and an obtainer of wealth — the meaning is that, through this very visible fruit, his connection with eating well and with cattle, horses, and so on, comes about.
