Bhashya
यन्नाम्नोपनिषत्ख्याता तपनं तं विभुं गुरुम् ।प्रणम्योपासनागर्भां तद्व्याख्यां श्रद्धयारभे ॥ १ ॥भानुदुभात्सामराजाद्ब्रह्मन्नृसिंहादिदं जगत् ।जातं यस्मिन्स्थितं लीनं नमस्तस्मै चिच्छक्तये ॥ २ ॥
In plain words
I bow to Tapana, the radiant one whose very name this Upaniṣad carries — the all-pervading teacher — and with faith I begin its explanation, an explanation that carries meditation at its heart. From Brahman who is Narasiṃha, sovereign of the Sāman, blazing like the sun across the sky, this whole world is born; in him it rests; into him it dissolves. Salutation to that power which is consciousness itself.
