Verse 107

सर्वे स्वरा घोषवन्तो बलवन्तो वक्तव्या इन्द्रे बल ददानीति सर्व ऊष्माणोऽग्रस्ता अनिरस्ता विवृता वक्तव्या' प्र-जापतेरात्मान परिददानीति सर्वे स्पर्शालेशेनानभिनिहिता वक्तव्या मृत्योरा-त्मान परिहराणीति ॥ ५ ॥

In plain words

All vowels should be uttered with resonance and strength, thinking: 'I am placing strength in Indra.' All sibilants should be uttered unswallowed, unforced, and open, thinking: 'I am committing my self to Prajāpati.' All stop consonants should be uttered softly and without heavy pressure, thinking: 'I am shielding my self from Death.'

All vowels sonorous strong to be spoken 'In Indra strength I give', all sibilants unswallowed unrejected open to be spoken 'Prajāpati's self I entrust', all stops with a trace uncompressed to be spoken 'Death's self may I avoid' thus.
