अथ यद्द्वितीयममृतं तद्रुद्रा उपजीव-न्तीन्द्रेण मुखेन न वै देवा अश्नन्ति नपिबन्त्येतदेवामृतं दृष्ट्वा तृप्यन्ति ॥ १ ॥

Next, regarding the second nectar: the Rudras subsist upon it through Indra as their mouth. For the gods do not eat nor drink; simply by beholding this nectar, they are fulfilled.
