Verse 153

अथ योऽस्योर्ध्व सुषि स उदान' स वायुः स आकाशस्तदेतदोजश्च महश्चेत्यु पासीतौजस्वी महस्वान्भवति य एव वेद ॥ ५ ॥

In plain words

Now, the upward aperture of the heart is the Udana breath. It is the wind, it is space. One should meditate upon this very channel as vigor and as majesty. Whoever knows this meditation becomes truly vigorous and majestic.

Close to the Sanskrit

Now, which is this upward aperture of this, that is Udana, that is Vayu, that is Akasha. One should meditate on this very same as vigor and majesty. Vigorous and majestic he becomes, who knows thus.
