यो वाचो दोहोऽन्नवानन्नादो भवति यएतान्येव विद्वानुद्गीथाक्षराण्युपास्त उ-द्गीथ इति ॥ ७ ॥

Whoever understands this milking of speech becomes rich in nourishment and a master of food. Whoever meditates upon these very syllables of the udgītha with this true knowledge—truly, he becomes the udgītha itself.
