अथ यदिदमस्मिन्ब्रह्मपुरे दहरं पुण्ड-रीकं वेश्म दहरोऽस्मिन्नन्तराकाशस्त-स्मिन्यदन्तस्तदन्वेष्टव्यं तद्वाव विजिज्ञा-सितव्यमिति ॥ १ ॥

Now, within this city of Brahman—the small lotus of the heart—there is a small dwelling, and within it, a small space. That which is inside that space is to be sought after; that is what you must truly desire to know.
