In plain words
Therefore, once a person crosses this bridge of the Self, the blind man is blind no longer, the wounded man is untouched by wounds, and the afflicted man is free from pain. Once this bridge is crossed, even the darkest night turns straight into day, for the world of Brahman is light itself, shining forever.
