In plain words
Now, whatever is called 'anāśakāyana' is truly brahmacarya alone; for this very self does not perish when attained through brahmacarya. And whatever is called 'araṇyāyana' is also brahmacarya. For truly, in the world of Brahma—located in the third heaven beyond this one—are the two oceans named Ara and Ňa, the intoxicating lake Airam, the soma-yielding Aśvattha tree, and the unconquered golden city of Brahma built by the Lord.

Now that which they call araṇyāyana, that is brahmacarya indeed. For there are Ara and Ňa, the two oceans in the world of Brahma, in the third heaven from here; that is the Airam Madiya lake; that is the Aśvattha tree, the Soma-extractor; that is the Aparājitā city of Brahman, the lord-built golden structure.
