Verse 7

तेनोभौ कुरुतो यश्चैतदेव वेद यश्च नवेद ।नाना तु विद्या चाविद्या च यदेवविद्यया करोति श्रद्धयोपनिषदा तदेववीर्यवत्तरं भवतीति खल्वेतस्यैवाक्षरस्यो-पव्याख्यान भवति ॥ १० ॥

In plain words

Both perform actions through it—he who knows this and he who does not. Yet knowledge and ignorance are entirely different. Whatever is performed with understanding, faith, and inner contemplation becomes immensely more potent. This text is precisely an elaboration on that very imperishable truth.
