In plain words

The sun yonder is divine honey. Why is it called honey? Because it brings joy to the Vasus and other deities. Heaven appears as the slanted crossbeam, the intermediate space hangs from it like a honeycomb, and the sunbeams are the young bees residing within.

Close to the Sanskrit

That sun yonder is the divine honey... [the commentary details how heaven is the crossbeam, the atmosphere is the honeycomb, and the rays are the bee-sons].
