In plain words
Are they inactive, merely living off the nectar without effort? Not at all. How is it then? Recognizing that 'now is not our time for enjoyment,' they focus on this very form and rest quietly in withdrawal. But when the time for partaking in that nectar arrives, then from this very immortal form they surge upward, becoming full of energy and drive. For in this world, lazy and unenthusiastic people who make no effort are never seen attaining any reward.

Are they without effort, subsisting on nectar? No. How then? Focusing on this very form, realizing 'now there is no occasion of enjoyment for us,' they merge and remain inactive. When indeed the occasion of enjoyment of that nectar should be, then from this nectar, for the purpose of enjoying nectar, from this form they rise up, meaning they become enthusiastic. For the attainment of enjoyment by the unenthusiastic, performing, lazy ones is not seen in the world.
