In plain words
Whoever understands all these details—the Ṛgveda as a bee drawing sweet nectar from ritual blossoms, the sun as its resting place, its red hue, the streams of immortal light flowing eastward, its enjoyment by the Vasus, and how the knower achieves unity with the Vasus, subsisting through the mouth of fire, finding fulfillment in mere sight, rising when enjoyment begins and resting when it ends—they too experience everything precisely like a Vasu.
Close to the Sanskrit
Whoever knows this very thing as stated—the Ṛgveda acting as a bee and dripping supreme nectar from the flower of rituals prescribed by the Ṛgveda, and its resting in the sun, and its red form, and of the nectar the situatedness in the ray-channels going to the eastern direction, and its enjoyability for the Vasus, and the knower of that having attained oneness together with the Vasus, subsistence through fire as the mouth, satisfaction by mere seeing, and at the time of one's enjoyment rising up and at the cessation of that time resting down—he also experiences everything just like a Vasu.
