Bhashya
न ह वा अस्मै यथोक्तब्रह्मविदे न उदेति न निम्लोचति नास्तमेति, किं तु ब्रह्मविदेऽस्मै सकृद्दिवा हैव सदैव अहर्भवति, स्वयंज्योतिष्त्वात्, य एता यथोक्ता ब्रह्मापनिषद वेद गुह्य वेद, एव तन्त्रेण वशादित्रय प्रत्यमृतसबन्ध च यच्च अन्यदवोचाम एव जानातीत्यथ ।विद्वान् उदयास्तमयकालापरिच्छेद्य नित्यमज ब्रह्म भवतीत्यर्थ ॥
In plain words
For the one who knows Brahman as described, the sun neither rises nor sets; for him, because the Self is self-luminous, it is always and perpetually day. Whoever knows these secret teachings of Brahman, knows the hidden essence, the triad of methods, and the path to the immortal, just as we have explained. The wise one becomes the eternal, unborn Brahman, untouched by the rising and setting of time.
Close to the Sanskrit
Not indeed for this knower of Brahman as stated does the sun rise, nor does it set, nor go to setting; but for this knower of Brahman, once for all it is always day, because of self-luminousness. Who knows these secret doctrines of Brahman as stated, knows the hidden, and knows the system, the triad beginning with vaśā, and the connection with immortality, and what else we spoke, knows thus, now. The wise one becomes eternal, unborn Brahman, unbounded by the times of rising and setting, this is the meaning.
