Bhashya
तं पादं तथैवोपास्ते यः स आयतनवान् आश्रयवान-स्मिँल्लोके भवति ।आयतनवत एव सावकाशाँल्लोकान्मृतोजयति ।य एतमेवमित्यादि पूर्ववत् ॥
In plain words
He worships that quarter in this very manner. One who has such a foundation becomes endowed with shelter in this world. Upon leaving the body, he conquers spacious, unobstructed worlds. The rest is as stated previously.
Close to the Sanskrit
That quarter he worships just like that, who is possessed of an abode, possessing a shelter becomes in this world. Of the one possessing an abode indeed spacious worlds having died he conquers. Who thus knowing, and so forth, as before.
