In plain words

Then indeed the Anvāhāryapacana fire instructed him: water, the directions, the stars, the moon. These are my four forms. Dividing myself into four, I reside within the southern fire. The person who is seen in the moon—that person is I; I indeed am that person, as stated before. Because of their connection with food, their shared luminosity, and their relation to the southern direction, the southern fire and the moon are one. The association of water and stars is as explained before, through their nature as food, for the stars are well known as being enjoyed by the moon. Water is food because it produces food, and the southern fire is food just as the earth is for the Gārhapatya. The rest is similar.

Now indeed the Anvāhāryapacana fire instructed him: water, directions, stars, the moon. These are my four bodies. Dividing myself into four parts, I am established in the Anvāhāryapacana fire. There, whoever is seen as a person in the moon, I am he, I indeed am he, as before. Due to the connection with food, common luminosity, and the southern direction, the oneness of the southern fire and the moon is established. The connection of waters and stars is as before, through their nature as food, since stars are well known as objects of enjoyment for the moon. Water has the nature of food because it produces food, and the southern fire has it like the earth of the Gārhapatya. The rest is similar.
