अथ ह एनमाहवनीयोऽनुशशास-प्राण आकाशो द्यौर्विद्युदिति ममाप्येताश्चतस्रस्तनवः ।य एष विद्युति पुरुषो दृश्यते, सोऽहमस्मीत्यादि पूर्ववत् सामान्यात् ।द्युवाकाशयोः स्वाश्रयत्वात् विद्युदाहवनीययोः भोग्यत्वेनैव संबन्धः ।समानमन्यत् ॥
In plain words
Then indeed the Āhavanīya fire instructed him: breath, space, the sky, lightning. These four are also my forms. The person who is seen in lightning—that person is I, and so forth, as explained before, due to shared attributes. Because sky and space serve as their own support, the connection between lightning and the Āhavanīya fire rests purely on their being objects of enjoyment. The rest is similar.
