तस्मिन्नेतस्मिन्नग्नौ देवाः पूर्ववत्सोमं राजानं जुह्वति ।तस्या आहुतेर्वर्षं संभवति ; श्रद्धाख्या आपः सोमाकारपरि-णता द्वितीये पर्याये पर्जन्याग्निं प्राप्य वृष्टित्वेन परिणमन्ते ॥

Into this same fire the gods offer King Soma just as before. From that offering rain is produced. The waters known as faith, having taken the form of Soma in this second cycle and reaching the rain-fire, transform themselves into rain.
