न ह अप्सु प्रैति ।नेच्छति चेत् ।अप्सुमान् अम्मान्भ-वति फलम् ॥

In plain words

He does not come to harm in the waters. Should someone ask: if he does not wish it—he becomes possessed of waters. This is the fruit.
